5 UNO The principles of human rights were drawn up by human beings as a way of ensuring that the dignity of everyone is properly and equally respected, that is, to ensure that a human being will be able to fully develop and use human qualities such as intelligence, talent and conscience and satisfy his or her spiritual and other needs.

6 Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief (1981) “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.”

7 Can we define the Rights, Right? Responsibility of acceptance of others with mutual respect and understanding. Tolerance = 'Attitude' (active) + 'Responsibility' (upholds human rights, pluralism, democracy and the rule of law).
