2 The appearance of food is paramount in the choices for selection and eating. Colour plays an important part in this visual display. Through colour we lead our children to eat a healthy diet. They taste and relish the different coloured fruit and vegetables. Hands on activities enable the children to lay down the foundations of healthy lifestyle options.
