7 7 Priority AB 86 SOC Goals  Rebuild instructional capacity in the 4 program areas  Create a seamless system for students- Actual and virtual “Hub” of information and services  Offer collaborative professional development  Leverage regional resources  Develop new programs for Adult Ed students: ◦ CTE training for low-skilled students ◦ Preparing adults with disabilities with workforce skills ◦ Aligned ESL programs that embed workforce skills ◦ High School Diploma, Equivalency and basic skills
