DMS – SMS Online Reporting Any employee can raise a hazard or safety related request by logging on http://flightsafety.airindia.in and going in to online reporting section http://flightsafety.airindia.in  SMS Process workflow has automate various reporting forms that are available on flight safety website  It will be helpful for safety management system (SMS) team to track and monitor various hazard reports submitted by employees  Various DMS workflow processes will be used for reporting different report: SMS Reporting 1.Anonymous reporting 2.Confidential reporting 3.Voluntary reporting Mandatory Reporting 1.BIRD STRIKE reporting 2.EGPWS reporting 3.FDTL reporting 4.FSR – AI reporting 5.FSR-IX reporting 6.TA Reporting  Any employee can raise a hazard or safety related request by logging on http://flightsafety.airindia.in and going in to online reporting sectionhttp://flightsafety.airindia.in
