Training seats are not an issue. HRC has been unable to fill only 53% of its yearly quota and USAEUR (44% fill), USARPAC (39% fill), FORSCOM (43% fill), all have allocated quotas remaining. Matching up seats with individual unit ARFORGEN requirements still remains a significant issue.
All Infantry NCOs can attend Ranger School PCS enroute (minus Drill, Recruiting, etc)
