3. Ardmay House Ardmay House is a outdoor activity centre for only primary 7 pupils in different schools. Schools book in for a week and they get food and rooms for the pupils and the teachers to stay in for that time. Click the kayak to go to the contents

4. Where is it? Ardmay House is on the coast of Loch Long that is next to Arrochar G83 7AH Click the kayak to go to the contents

5. Activities Some of the activities were Abseiling, Weaselling, Canoeing, Crate stack, Orienteering, Forrest walk and Hill walk. My favourite one was the canoeing because it was very competitive and we got to jump in and dip our heads in on the canoe. Click the kayak to go to the contents

6. Night activities At night we had a theme the first one was the Chinese lanterns that we got to let go into the air only group 1 got there Chinese lanterns quite high. My favourite night was games night when we got put into 8 teams of 4 and played games to win the competition my team won it we were team five and we got 658 points. 7. Rooms At night about 10 clock we had to go to bed. The people in my room were Sean, Reece, Douglas, Neil, Alexander. There were bunk beds I shared with Douglas he was bottom I was top. Click the kayak to go to the contents

8. Team Everyone in my class got put in a team there was group 1, 2 and 3. I was in group 2, in my group there was Tyler, Reece, Douglas, Megan, Kirsty, Cassie, Christie and Gareth. My team leader was Pete short for Peter. Click the kayak to go to the contents

9. Staff There was staff there to help us in house and there was Andy leader of group leaders some people in the office that sometimes helped out we also had Brenda the cook. Click the kayak to go to the contents

10. Food For lunch we had a option of weetabix, cornflakes and toast. At lunch we had rolls we made and might have had soup like leak, tomato, carrot and minestrone. On Friday we got a lovely burger. Click the kayak to go to the contents
