10. Assessments Where written or computer based. MUST hand in something to the school office 5D05. MUST use proper forms and get a signed receipt MUST keep the receipt MUST be before the deadline (not AT the deadline) If going to be late and you have a valid reason, download an EC1 form and submit to me – before the deadline! Along with written “proof” from a third party authority
