3. Baobab introduction and purposes Baobab Association is a private non-profit association created in 2001 by a professional team of experts in training and investigation. The main goal is the development of projects, systems and strategies to help in the development of Human Resources working with groups in risk of social exclusion. Creation of methodologic tools and instruments in order to reach the training objectives of the organisations.
