1 Pregnancy Leave - Regular Notes Actual dates are dependent upon health care provider’s certification. *Company may require use of all accrued sick time and employee may elect to use accrued vacation/PTO. Make sure this matches company policy. PFL 7 day waiting period waived as along as it follows SDI. FMLA may last up to 12 weeks if non-CA since CFRA doesn’t apply.
