11 Learn, Engage, Change FY 14: Cost Savings & Efficiencies Facilities cost savings –Cost avoidance of $290.0 in FY14 energy costs due to energy efficiencies –Space consolidation for efficiency and improved campus navigation Great efficiency and improved food services through contractual change Shared library catalog system with UAA Bookstore business operations in Juneau reorganized to eliminate physical bookstore 11
