8. 8 Assessment Process – 2 stages On – line application against the 6 key areas of headship and your preparation for Headship through your own professional development. 2 day face2face assessment – 5 tasks and development feedback. If you are successful at this stage you become a ‘trainee head teacher’. If you are successful at this stage.
