6. How do I use it?  Create a Gmail account  Log into your Gmail account  Access your contacts list

8. Find a chat buddy  Speech Bubble. Chat in progress  Green Dot. Online and available to chat  Red Dot. Online but busy  Grey Dot. Offline  No Dot. Does not support Gmail Chat

10. Chat Options  Record conversations  Go off the record  Block account

11. Conversation Transcripts  Previous conversations are available for review  Go to your contacts information page  Chat conversations and emails are listed in reverse chronological order
