17 Auto response You can set an automatic message if you are not available to receive emails. This will tell the person who sent it that you are not available. I set it up because so when to know that they not available to reply.

19 Making folders Making a folder click on new label and create a title for your folder It put thing in folder so it easily to identify them with an topic relate. In google folder are called labels

20 Make sure email systems are working and your network is not down. I would check the network cable is plug in to the computer.
