5 5 Simulator training in education and training of air traffic is an essential element in the formation skills needed in the real world of air traffic control (ATC), especially in extreme situations and conditions.

8 G.D.Bielousova.8 Problems maintaining steady radio communications in English The main problem is the lack of effective methods of formation of reliable performance associated with doing radio communications in English in shortage of time. The best solution to this problem is to improve the principles, content, methods, types and forms of training, quality monitoring and study evaluation of future professionals of the English language.

12 G.D. Bielousova12 Simulator for active training of radio communications by stage of flight. The module should use speech recognition technology. Simulated radio communication from Push-Back to Landing. Possible use for training air traffic controllers or pilots. Phrases of the pilot are formed and pronounced by the computer. The messages of air traffic controller are entered with the use of microphone and decrypted in text string with the use of technology of "Speech Recognition”.Thus, the air traffic controller does not necessarily to talk standard phrase, the message after decryption is analyzed for completeness of the contents of information which it must contain. If the message is not complete, the computer must generate and articulate additional questions. Anyone who studies can lay down a phrase arbitrarily, using phraseology of ATC and totality of ordinary introductory phrases.

14 G.D. Bielousova14 Conclusions 1. Analysis of existing tools and techniques of simulator training showed that the training of staff is an essential element in the formation skills needed in the real world air traffic, especially to activity in extreme situations and conditions.

15 G.D. Bielousova15 2. One of the main problems of air traffic was the problem of maintaining radio communications in English, approved by the ICAO in its governing documents. Analysis on the problem of scientific methods of teaching foreign languages, led to the conclusion about the relevance and feasibility study of scientific training of air traffic controllers for conducting radio communications in English in the profession in shortage of time. Study flying practice has shown that no profession is not as closely related to the time factor as an air traffic controller profession which has to perform professional activities, constantly being under the influence of the time factor. Considerable part of this activity is performing of radio communications. Therefore, we deem it reasonable creation and using of simulator for active training of radio communications by stages of flight.
