The main changes include: –Reduce the lecture content on the planning of drills. –Increase curriculum on planning and conduct of exercises –Include role play demonstration of an exercise –Inclusion of logistic planning –Increase the duration from 3 days to 4 days to include planning and conduct of additional exercise. –conduct of “hot wash-ups” and debriefs
