6. Rules for allotting rooms: 1.Ph.D. students & Project/Research Assistants staying for a period more than 6 months are provided single occupancy rooms on the availability of the rooms. (when single occupancy is not available, shared accommodation will be provided for temporary period) 2.Project/Research Assistants staying for a period of below 6 months will be provided shared accommodation. 3.Married students/Post Doc’s with kids, two families will be accommodated in a 3BHK flat. 4.As SN Residency and Venkatram Reddy (new) hostels are closer to the TCIS building. Rooms in these buildings are preferably allotted to Ph.D. students if available.
