This function deals with the design and management of products, processes, services and supply chains. Operations management guides the overall direction of the company goals.

Office management assures that the employees have the proper tools to accomplish the responsibilities that they are assigned.

6. Legal Management
Legal management handles important items like contracts, licenses, warranty documents, etc. For many small businesses, this might be contracted out to a third party.

7. Financial Management
This division is responsible for monetary decisions made by the organization. It serves as decision support and assist in analyzing in financial impact of business activity.

8. Marketing
Marketing is responsible for assuring the customers know and are informed about the products or services you have to offer. This can be many different forms of advertising such as TV, radio, magazine, etc.
