“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us

through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God,

let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts

sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.”

A sincere heart is one that is not concealing anything.

First, this awesome privilege of fellowshipping with God is provided ONLY by the blood of Christ.

Second, not only did Jesus make our salvation available but now He serves as our High Priest.

WHAT THIS FELLOWSHIP PROVIDES:

COMMUNICATION WITH THE HEAVENLY FATHER

This word for confidence actually means we can have the assurance to enter into the presence of God with freedom to speak to Him.

1 John 5:14, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

COMMUNION WITH THE HEAVENLY FATHER

Because of what Jesus has done in your life you get to spend time with the King of the Universe!

Whether or not you know it, God is always with you.

Listen to Psalm 139:7-10

Where can I go from your Spirit?

Where can I flee from your presence?

If I go up to the heavens, you are there;

If I make my bed in the depths, you are there.

If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea,

even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.”

God is everywhere.

That can be extremely bad news or extremely good news. YOU CHOOSE.

“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”

If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”
