4. TSA chapters take STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) beyond the classroom giving motivated students a chance to pursue academic challenges among friends with similar goals and interests. TSA competitions are Correlated to the Standards for Technological Literacy.

5. The National TSA Conference provides a hands-on venue for learning about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Students compete individually or as a team and are rewarded not only with trophies but with the memories and the challenges of a national TSA conference.
