2 Program Overview The Elder ES Program started on 5/14/07. Four licensed clinicians staff the Elder Emergency Services Program and rotate being on-call. The Elder ES Program operates from 4pm- 8:30am on weekdays and 24/7 on weekends and holidays.

3 Port of Entry Calls are received from elders, family members, neighbors, hospitals, and first responders. A great number of calls involve concerned neighbors or family members reporting possible abuse or neglect. Other calls are anonymous tips from those within the community.
