What the AC means for your students #3 • More ‘reflection’ Sub-Strand ‘Language Variation and Change’ Understanding how languages vary in use (register, style, standard and non-standard varieties) and change over time and place, e.g. Language change ‘Thread’ (French Years 9 & 10; F-10 Sequence) Explore changes to both French and Australian English, and identify reasons for these changes, such as technology, popular culture and intercultural exchange from Andrew Ferguson powerpoint to MLTAV teach meet March 5th at St James in Bentleigh.

General capabilities In the Australian Curriculum, general capabilities encompass knowledge, skills, behaviours, and dispositions that, together with curriculum content in each learning area and the cross-curriculum priorities, will enable students to live and work successfully in the 21st century. There are seven general capabilities: literacy numeracy information and communication technology (ICT) capability critical and creative thinking personal and social capability ethical understanding intercultural understanding.
