2 Hints an tips =] Hints an tips =] AAAAlways stay on the big red cross in the middle of the trampoline, or it maybe a circle. UUUUse you arms to make big circles which will make you bounce higher. IIIIf you push into the trampoline when you bounce it will throw you back up again, you don’t need to jump. TTTThe section of the trampoline in which you bounce on is called ‘The bed’.

3 Rules =] Rules =] Always have ‘spotters’ around the side of the trampoline to push you back onto the bed if you are about to fall off. Never go underneath the trampoline. Don’t wear anything which can get caught in the trampoline. E.g. Buttons, Jewellery, Tie your hair back. Don’t attempt moves you haven’t been taught because there is a big chance of you hurting yourself.

7 Knees up to your chest. Grab hold of your knees. Point your toes. Keep your body up right. Start with your arms up. Click to playMove on  Click Tuck Jump

10 Straight legs Legs together Point your toes Lean back slightly Hands facing forward Hands behind hips Move on  Click Click to play Seat Drop

11 Front drop position Toes facing the ceiling Hands making a diamond Face the end of the trampoline Elbows outwards Move on  Click

12 Front drop – Progression 1 Click Move on  Click to play Hands and knees bouncing Hands facing forward Push on your hands Lands hands and knees at the same time Bounce above the cross Into the front drop position Land with your belly on the cross Do not jump forward, just take your legs behind you. Let the trampoline take you up first.

13 Move on  Click Front drop – Progression 2 Click to play Starting position Start on mat Bend your knees and lean forward Get you arms into position Going into the front drop Push and go: Just push into the bed, no bouncing, Make sure your going up first Do not jump forward, your belly should land where your feet left the bed.

14 Front drop – Progression 3 Move on  Click Click to play (The only thing that is wrong with this video is that in this progression start with your arms up) Small bounces Take your heels back Push your hips forward Again make sure you go UP first Do not jump forward Again land your belly where your feet left the trampoline.

15 Move on  Click Click to play Front drop – Progression 4 Now we are going back to progression 2 but without a mat. Starting position Bend your knees and lean forward Get you arms into position Going into the front drop Push and go: Just push into the bed, no bouncing, Make sure your going up first Do not jump forward, your belly should land where your feet left the bed.

16 Front drop – Progression 5 Move on  Click Click to play Similar to progression 3 but without a mat, and if you can try and stay straight for the take off. Small bounces Take your heels back Push your hips forward Again make sure you go UP first Do not jump forward Again land your belly where your feet left the trampoline.

17 Move on  Click Click to play Fully progressed Front Drop (Start with your arms up before you leave the trampoline) The toes are pointed Hips are pushed forward Heels are back Not jumping forward but landing where the feet left the bed.

18 That’s it for the basics, now let’s look at more complicated moves... (Do not try these at home! If you would like to learn these moves join a local trampoline club) Move on  Click
