Embracing Your New Identity
STOP! Fake ID Embracing Your New Identity

Ephesians 1:15-19 15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened;

that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power We need the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, to give us an expert working knowledge of our new ID.

Ephesians 1:20 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, The church (body) was raised from the dead when Christ (Head) was raised; and the same power that was used is the same power available to us today!

Romans 6:4 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Colossians 2:12 12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

Ephesians 1:21 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. Christ (Head) is seated (NOT without His body), far above all the powers of the world and of the devil and every imaginable invention!

Philippians 2:8-11 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Ephesians 1:15-2:10 22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. God has put all (principalities, powers, things etc) under Christ’s feet: the lowest part of the church (His body); the completion of Him.

Colossians 1:17-20 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. (Luke 10:19)

Ephesians 2:1-3 2 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh,

fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. Before we received Christ (Head), we were dead (decapitated), under the devil’s control and were awaiting wrath. Since we received Christ, all things are new and there is no condemnation.

Ephesians 2:4-5 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), By His love, God reconnected us (body) to Christ (Head) then raised us (Head and body). We paid nothing for the op!

Romans 5:6-9 6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

Ephesians 2:6-7 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. Not only did He raise us (Head & body), He enthroned/ordained/installed/ gave authority to us and commissioned us.

Psalms 110:1-2 The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool." 2 The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies! Matthew 28:18-19 18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…

Ephesians 2:10:8-9 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. God has done all these things by grace. We didn’t deserve them. All that He asks is that we believe that He has done them and we’ll experience them.

Romans 5:17 17 For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 2:10 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. When we by faith believe in our new identity, the result will be good works, which we won’t be orchestrating, but rather God working in us.

Matthew 5:16 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Galatians 3:8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, "In you all the nations shall be blessed."
