1 PPAR Workflow National Projects 1 Report request sent by PMO two weeks prior to the end of the reporting period, i.e. 15 June & 15 Dec. 2 CP can start preparation of the report at any time without PMO´s invitation to ensure timely submission. 3 Deadlines for submission to the Secretariat: 31 July (January-June period) and 31 January (July-Dec period); if deadline is missed, the regional Division Director sends an e-mail to the NLO, no later than 5 August/5 February, with copy to the PM, recalling the reporting requirement, missed date and requesting compliance. 4 Feedback on report sent by PMO to NLO/ CP within three weeks of PPAR receipt. Report request sent to NLO by PMO 1 (with copy to CP) Report prepared by CP 2 Report submitted by CP to NLO Report reviewed by PMO & TO Report reviewed by PMO & TO Report revised by CP Final report submitted to IAEA by NLO via PCMF Report reviewed & cleared by NLO Report submitted to IAEA by NLO 3 via PCMF Compilation of results by TCPC (outputs & outcomes) Report reviewed by PMO & TO Feedback on report provided by PMO to NLO and CP Action within the Secretariat Action by CP Action by NLO Submission of results to TC-SM (for the purpose of continuous improvement) Submission of results to TC-SM (for the purpose of continuous improvement)  PMO: Programme Management Officer  TCPC: Technical Cooperation Department, Division of Programme Support and Coordination  TC-SM: Technical Cooperation Department - Senior Management  NLO: National Liaison Officer  CP: Counterpart  PCMF: Programme Cycle Management Framework If necessary:
