9. Panel An interview conducted by more than one individual. The number of panelists vary. Phone Used to screen candidates in order to narrow the pool of applicants who will be invited for in-person interviews

11. Personal Statements… A picture. Provide a snapshot of who you are as a person. An invitation. Invite your reader to get to know you An indication of your priorities and values. Your story. The personal statement allows you room for creative meaningful self- reflection.
