5  16 autonomous CG Centers  Around 100 sub-centers of all CG Centers  13 Centers located in Developing Countries, 3 in Developed Countries  14 Centers deal with food commodities and 2 Centers with policy

13 Conclusion  CGIAR can be a global conduit to share scientific publications with national systems  CGIAR can help protect intellectual property rights of agricultural researchers and innovators by enabling them to publish on-line
