2. 2 Cancer Alliance of Texas (CAT) Mission: To engage organizations, agencies, institutions and individuals to work collaboratively to reduce the impact of cancer in Texas and promote the Texas Cancer Plan Statewide collaborative coalition initiated in 2005 ~75 members/partners and growing Includes academic medical centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical firms, cancer advocacy groups and individuals

3. 3 Texas Cancer Plan The primary purpose of the Texas Cancer Plan is to guide and influence the priorities and activities in cancer research, prevention and control of all stakeholders in Texas
