1 Quick tutorial to setup your HR
Settings Data Entry

2 In the main menu, go to Human Resources
In the drowdown menu, go to settings

3 First of all, we are going to decide which of the functionalities we want to use in our company by selecting “Layout Employees”

4 You can add or remove functions here.
By selecting a tile and using the up-down and left-right arrows, you can re-arrange the tiles to your linking.

5 Coming back to the settings screen, we are now going to populate
the different “lookup” tables that are used for the different information groups. In this sample we show the lookup table for warnings. These are just samples, you decide and you stay in control

6 All your employees from the payroll are automatically there already

7 By clicking on the respective tile, you open up the data entry
for that type of information. So the qualifications of Beyonce consist amongst others of Fork Lift Driving, which is off course a very important skill

8 On a more serious note, a workhistory could look like this

9 With all the data filled out,
the system can produce a fully automated CV. Needless to say that the Employee can also write His/her own CV, which you then can attach. See next slide for attachments.

10 Adding documents can be done from the main tile for documents obviously,
But can also be done from within other information groups, for instance while you are adding a “warning”, you can attach a previously stored document or add a new one. Documents can be browsed for if they already exist, or scanned, or taken straight from your webcam.

12 Recruitment?? Nice to have all the info of your own employees, but what about the info of that guy that applied 6 months ago for a job? Now we have a vacancy where he would fit perfectly. Good thing that Payroll Pro Ultra HR allowed us to save all his info. So we don’t have to waste time and money on advertisements, let’s look into our own database of applicants first. The way of working is very similar to that of working with your own employees, only for obvious reasons we store less info from an applicant And yes, when an applicant becomes an employee, it is just 1 click

16 Ongoing functionality is the reporting part, where often the reporting
needs of our customers are so specific and or dynamic, that this part of the program is continuously changing. Very often we assist you, the user, in learning how to make your own reports with the different reporting possibilities that we have available. Sure, there are reports that everybody needs, so those have already been programmed, like an overview of warnings issued, as you can see on the next page.

18 What we did not discuss yet, is the very detailed security setup that we have.
But as you are now just in the first stages of getting to know the HR module we will not go into too much detail. But don’t worry, you have complete control over who sees what.
