7 Ohio Training Registration Training – Is NOT a requirement for ARES membership – Is required for ARES appointments (EC, DEC, SEC, etc) – Is encouraged – Is FREE and relatively easy Section Training Database (n8sx@arrl.net) – Emphasis on ICS-100/200/700/800 – Electronic copies of certificates or FEMA transcript – www.arrl-ohio.org/SEC/training.html Why? 1.Many trained ARES members – make it known 2.Info needed for Mutual Aid requests
