3. Example Universal Human Right: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile. A person cannot be arrested, or held without good reason. They must have committed a crime or is preparing to do so. You cannot get kicked out of the country unless for good reason. The United States has the 4 th, 5 th, 6 th Amendments which spells out peoples right to a jury trial, warrant for searches, speedy trial etc. A peace officer, the government, or any agent of the government cannot arrest people without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, or evidence.
