Create awareness in people’s mind regarding environmental and health hazards due to improper disposal of waste by handbills, social networking sites, media
Appoint NGOs, Trusts and other institutions who could come forward in educating people and demonstrate cleaning and proper disposal of domestic waste
By keeping proper placards and notice boards in public areas regarding advantage of proper disposal of waste
Govt should also have a proper waste clearance system and ensure that waste is regularly collected and cleared
Information boards on proper disposal of waste in public places like hospitals, railway stations, bus stations and theatres.
