2. What is BYOD? Simply, Bring Your Own Device Students will bring and use their devices in classroom activities. What devices? Cell phones, tablets, laptops…

3. What are the expectations? Students will use the devices they have to access the internet as guest users in the school protected network*. *Students will only be allowed to access school network. Students and parents will sign the school Acceptable User Policy (AUP). Students will be taught digital citizenship skills.

4. What is digital citizenship? Digital Citizenship is a concept that equip technology users with knowledge and skills that enable them to use technology appropriately. Digital Citizenship is: a way to prepare students/technology users for a society full of technology. The issue: Appropriate technology usage.
