ASSOCIATE DEGREES FOR TRANSFER SB 1440 Allows transfer students to receive AA or AS degree from a CCC before transferring to a CSU Agreement is currently with Bakersfield College 3 Majors: Communications, Psychology & Sociology Students will be pre-advised once final transcripts are received CSUB 301 is the course designed to help transfer students matriculate

NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION All new students are REQUIRED to attend an orientation program (Fee: $55.00) Students must pre-register to attend programs - NO ONSITE REGISTRATION Students are allowed to register for courses at orientation Pre-advising is mandatory for the School of NSME & Nursing FTF students must take ELM/EPT placement exams BEFORE they will be allowed to attend an orientation, unless they are exempt by SAT, ACT, AP, or EAP scores
