Provide Recommendations to prepare networks for use by public safety during emergencies. Dautel Focus Group 1C Mission Focus Group 1C will conduct an assessment of the commercial communications service needs of the Public Safety community, for both day-to-day operations and in times of crisis. The Focus Group will then perform a gap analysis to determine shortfalls, and will make recommendations to address these issues.
