11  Doing some calculations in the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix QSPM, we came to a conclusion that "Expand LTE coverage with the potential money from Softbank“ is the recommended Strategy.  This is given by the Sum Total Attractiveness Score. Expand LTE coverage strategy has a score of 6.04 in the QSPM,whereas " Using our unlimited data plan to attract heavy users to increase revenues and market shares" strategy has a smaller score of 5.37.

12  Sprint has mounted a year-end push to deliver 4G LTE to a larger number of new markets.  The carrier announced that it has expanded its 4G LTE network to 70 more cities. The new LTE markets bring Sprint's total to 300 across the United States.  To ramp up its rollout, Sprint touted its Network Vision program, through which it upgraded its 3G network and deployed 4G LTE.
