Identify areas of concern for mitigation projects 6.Create community maps & Google Earth projections 7.Establish priorities for these projects 8.Develop a "Community Wildfire Protection Plan" (CWPP) 9.Provide hands-on FSC management training 10.Perform a highly visible “Demonstration Project” 11.Begin wider community awareness - Communication 12. Teach how, and help apply for a first fire safety grant 13. Receive a first grant award 14. Complete a first mitigation project with NCFF assistance 15.
