7. Sustainable Acquisition Update FY 2012 NETS SA Data Call: Govt. P-Card purchases exempt from data call reporting per HQ Had been included in previous years Distorts direct comparison with previous years 81% overall compliance with CPG purchases for FY12 For applicable purchases (non-P-Card), Directorates reported 100% compliance. Contracts reported 78% CPG compliance. 91% overall compliance with biobased purchases for FY12 Directorates reported no biobased applicability. Contracts reported 91% biobased compliance. Note: Data may only have been submitted when there were compliant biobased values to include. Emphasize submission of non-compliant data in future calls. 7

18. Regulated Waste Recognizing HM as a potential hazardous waste (HW). Ensure that facility personnel are aware of HM management polices (CMTS, Form 44’s) and disposal requirements. Starting to be more stringent in area of Waste Management compliance in the Multi-Media Environmental Audits.
