Data Collection  Early On ® data collection in MSDS  Submitted Fall and EOY General Collections.  Can only be submitted by ISDs.  LEAs providing special education services for Early On children  report the special education and FTE information in their MSDS submissions NOT the Early On ® data.

10  WHAT’s COMING? Data Collection  Use Grade 14 to report special education transition students with IEPs who: 1.are 18 years of age or older as of December 1 of the current school year and 2.have completed a high school state assessment and 3.are attending a transition program
