3 Done when F11 Employee is marked as New Hire Form = Y Based on position and new hire = Y. When that employee signs into EmployeeConnect They are presented with a screen of stuff do to and once they have checked everything off, they submit as complete The assigned CIMS ID’s will see this and the entire hire progress New Hire = Y

4 Design per job group what the screen will look like EIS.184 Instructions for staff and instructions for each of the sections Documents to View Documents to Print Websites to Visit Who is responsible for managing the new hires/progress (EIS.184) What additional question/categories do you wish to ask them?

9 EIS.331 – We will build EmployeeConnect passwords EARLY if we see the New Hire = Y so that they can sign in and complete the process If you do only offer an email sign-in option for EmployeeConnect, you will have to consider either a second option to sign in by Employee# OR ensure that you have an email in the main email address OR they will not be able to sign-in.
