2 National Conference 2005: An unparalleled opportunity –Access to 400 medical students, at the largest annual gathering of healthcare students in the UK –Most, if not all, UK medical schools represented –Several high impact speakers have already accepted invitations to attend the 2005 conference. Consequently it will be possible to successfully generate media interest in the conference, and press releases will be sent to local and national news agencies and media. –A designated Corporate coordinator will liase between sponsors and the conference management to ensure maximum satisfaction for our kind sponsors. In sum, the 2005 National Medsin Conference provides a wealth of opportunities for sponsors to engage with a young audience of future healthcare professionals.

3 Bronze package – for donations of £250 or more A stand in the central conference lounge on either Saturday or Sunday The central conference lounge is a high-profile area, used for delegate registration, information, and as a gathering point between sessions and during refreshment breaks Promotional material in delegates pack Every delegate will receive, on registration, a pack containing a programme of events and key resources. You may place your own promotional material within this. Silver package – for donations of £500 or more A stand in the central conference lounge on BOTH Saturday and Sunday Promotional material in delegates pack Your name and logo within our conference programme Website link on our conference website Gold package – for major sponsors, giving more than £1000 Silver package benefits included as standard + A completely customisable package, to be determined by negotiation between yourselves and the conference management. The gold package can be adapted to fit your marketing needs. Some possibilities follow – this package truly can be determined by yourselves, however. You may wish to consider:  Sponsorship of a plenary session, with acknowledgement during the session and appropriate advertising  Sponsorship of the major social event, with advertising materials displayed around the venue  For either of the above, the title of the session/event can incorporate your company/product name  Substantial advertising within the conference programme  Name and logo on promotional posters, to be displayed at all UK medical schools  Banner displays around the conference centre  Advertising within the pre-conference material sent to all delegates  A timeslot within the conference to verbally promote your company/product to all delegates, with introduction and thanks from the chair Your sponsorship options
