1 Teacher’s Notes - The South Downs National Park is involved in a Dark Night Skies project which we hope will result in an area being designated as a Dark Night Sky reserve. - This game shows a set of constellations that can be seen above the Downs. Each constellation highlights a different type of astronomical feature which is explained on the reveal slide’s notes. -For more information visit the pages on Light Pollution, Dark Night Skies and Stargazing. -Why not have a go at designing your own constellation using the star map resource?
