3. Law Code Art. 94 (01.01.2004) An employer has to counteract the mobbing Art. 15 An employer has to maintain safe and healthy work conditions. 8. Teachers need our help ! We notice the lack of system regulations which deal with stress at teachers’ work. There is a need to introduce the problem of stress into university programs. We, as a union, are glad to take part in this project. We hope that we all achieve a great success.
