6. Election 2010 Who conducts elections in the United States? All federal, state, and county elections are conducted by the county. Also certain municipal and school district elections can be contracted to be conducted by the county.

7. Election 2010 Where and when do you vote? Counties are divided into precincts. Each precinct has a number like 4044 or 4454. Three Ways To Vote: 1. On election day, vote in person at your precinct polling place. Could be a school like Wayside or a fire station or church. Look up your precinct on the Tarrant County Website to find your location.
