Set up call off contracts for equipment underpinned by Service Level Agreements for Sales,Customer Support and Suppliers Reviewed and scoped external markets, assessing market segment for potential resale of communication products. Oversight of National Facilities project for selection, purchase and renovation of additional HQ building. Reviewed and redesigned Board Reporting Mechanisms in key result areas to improve decision making.
