7. Power Production Example The system costs, shipping, installation, operations and maintenance are all covered by the manufacturer. The country/client simply fills in a LOI and questionnaire providing some basic information for an invitation and customized demonstration in the USA. Once you see how it works, you will fully understand the unlimited potential. 250,000 gallons per day water source produces 240,000 (approx.) gallons of drinking water and up to 2.4 MW of power. The systems start at 5MW and are scalable up to 280MW which can be installed in parallel to create GW’s of power.

Financing, Maintenance and Operations Financing Depending on the credit rating the system can be financed almost completely. $3M engagement fee for every system ordered. 25 year PPA required for power and water production. Maintenance & Operations Delivery, set up, training, full maintenance and operations covered by the manufacturer. System redundancy implemented as needed. Guaranteed to operate for the length of the PPA.

12. Financing Sharing Option Option 1 $3M engagement fee 100% financed by Manufacturer. 100% of revenue stream from 25 year PPA to manufacturer. Option 2 $3M engagement fee 50% or more financed by investment party. Up to a 50/50 share of revenue stream from 25 year PPA shared with investing party.

13. Revenue Sharing Example 100MW system approx. cost - $140M Revenue @ $.10 USD per Kwh = approx. $2.4 B Client covers 100% of the system cost ($140M) they would share 50% of the 25 year PPA revenue or $1.2B. Client covers a portion of the system cost they would share accordingly.
