4. As any athlete or musician knows, practice is necessary for perfecting new skills and becoming the BEST at something. Homework is for independent practice of the skills & content learned in the classroom. To be successful in school, all students need the following:

5. A time & place to do homework – have a set time of the day everyday that you will dedicate to doing homework, have an environment free of interruptions. A regular bedtime – you will be more successful after a good nights sleep. Understanding Content Knowledge – if you are having difficulty understanding homework, completing assignments, etc; please come & see me before school! Dont let this go until the hole is too deep to get out of!
