DISTRIBUTION OF TASKS -Present the partnership in terms of complementarity: expertise, necessary competences and experiences to handle the project efficiently. -Divide the project into sub-objectives: for everyone, define precisely the distribution of tasks within the partnership (ex. project management, products/outcome, evaluation, valorisation,...) -Show the participation of all the partners is well-balanced. -According to each partner’s specificity (competences, available means)

COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION -What to communicate about? Progress of the project, next stages, meeting reports,... -How to exchange the information between all partners? (email, newsletters, webpage, meetings, reports,…) -Mention the working language(s) of the partnership and how to make sure that non-natives will be able to participate actively. -Linguistic preparation for teachers and students.

EUROPEAN ADDED VALUE -What added value do you expect from the participation in a European project for the institution and its members? -What impact do you expect on participants (staff and learners), their involvement in national and transnational meetings?

EVALUATION -Specify the way of evaluation (internal or external), -Specify the domains of evaluation: satisfaction of beneficiaries, partnership management, results/outcomes. -Schedule 2 phases of evaluation: During the project : take some time to analyse the current situation to start again more efficiently At the end of the project: to identify the positive and negative points.

ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT -How will the organisation’s learners and staff be involved in all the stages of the project? -How will the project be integrated into the organisation’s ordinary activities and what will be its added value? -How will learners, who are not directly involved in the project, benefit from its results?

DISSEMINATION AND USE OF RESULTS Guarantee the use of expected results Identification of the target group How to ensure the dissemination (technical means, human and financial resources) What (kind of) dissemination: -in participating organisations, -in the local communities, -in a larger scope (other institutions, press, local or national authorities,…)
