37 Polk Transportation Planning Organization 2035 Mobility Vision Plan Nov./Dec. 2010 Action Requested  TPO Staff is recommending that the TPO Board approve the 2035 Mobility Vision Plan Draft Cost-Feasible Plan.  The TPO’s Citizens and Technical Advisory Committees have approved the 2035 MVP Draft Cost-Feasible Plan.
