4 Evaluation Measures The expected measurable changes in year 1 are: 75% of families who participate in a minimum of 10 personal visits will show an increase in parenting knowledge and skills. 50% of families who participate in 10 or more personal visits will feel more confident and competent in parenting practice, including reduced anxiety. 100% of children of families participating in regular personal visits and display any identified development delays, receive timely referral to other services. 75% of families participating in a minimum of 10 personal visits report increased empathy and understanding of their child. 75% of families participating in a minimum of 10 personal visits report an increase in the enjoyment they feel in being with their child.

6 Identifying and engagement of clients Programme start date 1 st July 2011 All antenatal vulnerability identified Women with vulnerability and having their first baby offered programme Joint initial visit with Specialist Midwife or Specialist PHN and Nursery Nurse
