6 Approving Students in Your Session  Approval is now done on a test-by-test basis within a session (in sessions with multiple tests, the Approve Students screen is specific for an individual test - subject and grade). Use the drop-down to view students waiting to be approved for a different test in your session (see above).  “Approve All” approves all students for that test, not all students in all open sessions  TAs can “Deny” a student entry into a session, examples of reasons to deny students would be if they have incorrect information or are not physically present in the session Assign Test Language, Print Size, Other Accommodations, and Modifications –Students may change print size for individual items after test starts with the zoom feature –Cannot change a student’s test language once they have started that test –Only available languages for that test are displayed in drop-down (i.e. Spanish will not be displayed for Reading tests) –Other accommodations for students on IEPs (“None”, “One or More”) –Record Modification Codes (invalidates test)
